Leadership Network offers a new experience – the Innovation Lab

■ THE OPPORTUNITY
Is your church looking for the chance to explore new ideas and discover a new path? Do you sometimes feel caught between ideas and action? You’re not alone. That’s why Leadership Network has developed The Innovation Lab, a unique environment designed to help you overcome the common obstacles to innovative thinking and problem solving in starting or developing a ministry area.

There are two types of Innovation Labs to choose from:

RadicalFuture Innovations Lab
Designed to help you infuse new ideas in an existing ministry area.

Groups Ministry (Small Groups)
Our Groups Ministry Innovation Lab is full, but due to high interest, we are taking applications for a future Groups Ministry Lab.

Family Ministry
Launch dates September 1-2, 2010 in Dallas, mid-point online meeting February 22, 2011 (no travel required) and Final Lab meeting August 16-17, 2011 in Dallas, Tx. Application deadline: Friday, July 30, 2010.

Student Ministry
Launch dates November 16-17, 2010 in Dallas, mid-point online meeting May 19, 2011 (no travel required) and Final Lab meeting November 15-16, 2011 in Dallas, Tx. Application deadline: September 15, 2010

JumpStart Innovation Lab
Designed to give you a quick start in a ministry area, based on the proven results of others.

Multi-Site – Churches have already launched one or more campuses/venues and have a vision to accelerate the launch on multiple campuses. Launch dates January 19-20, 2010 in Dallas and two online meetings from your office on July 13, 2010 and January 18, 2011.

Multi-Site – Churches with a plan in place for a new campus and a launch date sometime between now and early 2010. Launch dates March 23-24, 2010 in Dallas and two online meetings from your office on October 21, 2010 and April 21, 2011.

Generous Churches – Churches desiring to create a culture of generosity. Launch dates August 24-25, 2010 in Dallas and two online meetings from your office on February 16, 2011 and August 22, 2011.

Externally Focused Churches – Churches desiring to be outward focused in community. Launch dates September 15-16, 2010 in Dallas and two online meeting from your office on March 15, 2011 and September 14, 2011. Application deadline: Friday, July 30, 2010.
